Every home is different, so I don't do one-size-fits-all pricing. You get a real number for your home — confirmed before the first visit, never changed at the door.
All supplies and equipment come with me. Homes with pets are welcome at no extra charge — most companies add a fee for that.
Every visit follows the same checklist, top to bottom. If something was missed, text me within 24 hours and I'll come back and redo it at no charge.
