No rotating crews, no subcontractors, no strangers in your home. I'm the only person who will ever clean it — so I learn your home, and it gets better every visit.
My prices are published right here. For a home I haven't seen, I quote a range — and I confirm the exact number before I start, never after.
All supplies and equipment come with me. Homes with pets are welcome at no extra charge — most companies add $20–40 for that.
Every visit follows the same checklist, top to bottom. If something was missed, text me within 24 hours and I'll come back and redo it at no charge.
Most cleaning services make you call for a quote. Here's mine, in advance — a range for first visits, and a flat price for every visit after that.
